Project Aarohan

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has launched a Project Aarohan to support the educational aspirations of toll plaza employees.

The initiative aims to remove financial barriers and provide equal access to quality education for students from economically weaker sections.

The project aims to cover five hundred students from Class 11 to the final year of graduation. Each student will receive an annual scholarship of 12 thousand rupees during the financial year 2025-26.

Additionally, fifty bright students aspiring for postgraduate and higher studies will be supported with scholarships of 50 thousand rupees each.

Education Survey 2025

Government schools play a pivotal role in providing education across the country, accounting for around 56 per cent of total enrolments. The number is higher in rural areas, where 66 per cent of students are enrolled, in comparison to around 30 per cent in urban areas.

The Private unaided recognised schools account for around 32 per cent of enrolment nationwide.

The average per student expenditure made by households on school education during the current academic year in government schools was estimated at two thousand 863 rupees, while it was significantly higher at over 25 thousand rupees in non-government schools.

Conducted by: Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) released Comprehensive Modular Survey: Education (CMS:E), 2025. It was conducted by the National Statistics Office, MoSPI, as part of the 80th round of the National Sample Survey

Madhya Pradesh government will organise the Global Spiritual Conclave in Ujjain.

The event is being organised by the Tourism Department with the support of the Ministry of Tourism and will be inaugurated by Union Minister of Tourism and Culture Gajendra Singh Shekhawat.
